I agree with the less than great service and it is always so noisy in there as to be unbearable. I get my food to go now. Food is good, just don't like the atmosphere.
We actually like Red Robin. We've eaten there a few times and never had a problem. We've always had good service and good food. Plus we like that they send us $5 off coupons in the mail!
